Account & Registration

Creating your MMMJL account is quick and free. Head to the Register page, fill in your preferred username, email address, and Philippine mobile number, choose a strong password, and tick the terms checkbox confirming you are at least 21 years old. Hit the "Create My Account" button and you'll receive a verification link or OTP on your registered email or phone. Once verified, you're in — the whole process takes under two minutes. Sulit na sulit!

You must be at least 21 years old to register and play at MMMJL. This is in line with Philippine gaming regulations. By ticking the terms checkbox during registration, you confirm your age. MMMJL reserves the right to request valid government-issued ID to verify your age at any point. Underage players found on the platform will have their accounts suspended and funds returned.

No. MMMJL strictly allows one account per person. Operating multiple accounts is a violation of our Terms and Conditions and may result in the suspension of all accounts involved and forfeiture of any associated funds and bonuses. If you have accidentally created a duplicate account, contact our support team at support@mmmjl.app as soon as possible to resolve it.

After registering, MMMJL sends a verification email or SMS OTP to your registered contact. Click the link in the email or enter the OTP on the verification screen. For full account access — including higher withdrawal limits — you may also be asked to submit a valid Philippine government-issued ID such as a PhilSys, Driver's License, SSS ID, or Passport. Verification usually takes a few hours during business days.

Log in to your MMMJL account and go to Account Settings. From there you can update your email address, mobile number, and contact preferences. Note that changes to your registered name or date of birth require supporting documentation and must be submitted to our support team for manual review. Keeping your details accurate helps speed up withdrawals and identity verification.

Login & Security

No worries — it happens. On the Login page, click the "Forgot password?" link. Enter the email address or mobile number you registered with and MMMJL will send a password reset link or OTP. Follow the steps to create a new password. For security, reset links expire after 15 minutes, so use it right away. If you don't receive the message, check your spam folder or try resending.

Log in to your MMMJL account, go to Security Settings, and toggle on Two-Factor Authentication. You'll receive a one-time PIN via SMS every time you log in from a new device or browser. 2FA adds a critical second layer of protection to your account, especially important if your MMMJL balance is significant. We strongly recommend enabling it — it only takes a minute to set up.

Accounts are temporarily locked after several consecutive failed login attempts as a security precaution. Wait 30 minutes and try again, or use the "Forgot password?" flow to reset your credentials. If the account is locked due to a suspected security issue or policy violation, our team will have sent you an email explaining the reason and next steps. Deposits & Payments

MMMJL supports all major Philippine payment channels: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet bank transfers, and direct online banking through BDO, BPI, and UnionBank. You can also deposit using Visa or Mastercard debit or credit cards. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (₱). We do not accept foreign currencies or cryptocurrency at this time.

The minimum deposit at MMMJL is ₱50 for GCash, Maya, and most e-wallet channels. Bank transfer minimums may be slightly higher depending on your bank's own transfer limits. There is no maximum deposit cap imposed by MMMJL, but daily limits may apply based on your account verification level. To unlock higher deposit limits, complete full KYC verification.

GCash, Maya, GrabPay, and Coins.ph deposits are typically credited to your MMMJL account instantly — within seconds of completing the transaction. InstaPay transfers usually take up to a few minutes. PESONet and bank transfers can take up to one banking day depending on your bank. If your deposit hasn't appeared after the expected timeframe, keep your transaction reference number handy and message our support team.

MMMJL does not charge any fees on deposits. However, your payment provider (such as your bank or GCash) may apply their own transfer fees on their end. We recommend checking your e-wallet or bank app for any applicable charges before depositing. The amount that lands in your MMMJL account will be exactly what you sent, minus any third-party fees if applicable.

Withdrawals

Log in to your MMMJL account and navigate to the Cashier or Wallet section. Select "Withdraw," choose your preferred payout channel (GCash, Maya, bank transfer, etc.), enter the amount, and confirm the request. Withdrawals are sent to the same account or e-wallet you used for your deposit whenever possible, as a security measure against fraud.

Most MMMJL withdrawal requests are processed within a few hours. GCash and Maya withdrawals are often credited same-day. Bank transfers via InstaPay usually arrive within 30 minutes to a few hours. PESONet transfers to BDO, BPI, or UnionBank may take up to one banking day. Withdrawal times may be slightly longer during weekends and Philippine public holidays.

Withdrawals may be held temporarily if your account identity verification (KYC) is incomplete, if an active bonus wagering requirement hasn't been met, or if our security team flags the transaction for a routine review. To avoid delays, make sure your MMMJL account is fully verified and that you understand any wagering conditions attached to bonuses before requesting a withdrawal. If your withdrawal has been pending for more than 24 hours, contact support.

Bonuses & Promotions

New players who register at MMMJL and make their first qualifying deposit receive a welcome bonus credited directly to their account. For example, if you receive a ₱500 bonus with a 10x wagering requirement, you need to place a total of ₱5,000 in qualifying bets before that bonus converts to withdrawable cash.
