Terms and Conditions – mmmjl Player Agreement & Platform Rules

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "you," or "your") and mmmjl ("mmmjl," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the mmmjl website located at https://mmmjl.app and all related services, games, and features (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account on mmmjl, accessing any game or feature, or making a deposit, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

• You are registering for your own personal use and not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not acting as an agent, affiliate, or sub-affiliate without prior written authorization from mmmjl.

mmmjl reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time. Failure to provide required documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withheld withdrawals pending verification.

Each player may only maintain one (1) active account on mmmjl. Opening multiple accounts — whether under your own name or aliases — is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

Your mmmjl account is personal and non-transferable. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication methods associated with your account.

You must not share your account access with any other person, including family members. All bets and transactions placed using your account credentials will be treated as having been made by you, regardless of who actually accessed the account.

• Use a strong, unique password that you do not use on other websites.
• Enable two-factor authentication if available for additional security.
• Log out of your account after each session, especially on shared devices.
• Never click suspicious links claiming to be from mmmjl. We will never ask for your password via chat or email.

If you suspect unauthorized access to your mmmjl account, contact our support team immediately at support@mmmjl.app. mmmjl will not be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access due to your failure to safeguard your login credentials.

All deposits on mmmjl are processed in Philippine Pesos (₱). mmmjl accepts the following payment methods for Philippine players:

• GCash
• Maya (formerly PayMaya)
• GrabPay
• Coins.ph
• InstaPay and PESONet bank transfers
• BDO, BPI, and UnionBank online banking
• Visa and Mastercard debit/credit cards

Deposits made through these methods are generally credited instantly or within a few minutes. mmmjl does not charge fees for standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

You may only deposit funds from payment accounts or cards that are registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where someone else sends money to fund your mmmjl account — are not permitted and will trigger a compliance review. Any funds identified as originating from third-party sources may be held or returned pending investigation.

You may request a withdrawal of available funds from your mmmjl account at any time, subject to the conditions below. Withdrawals are processed in Philippine Pesos (₱) to payment accounts registered in your own name only.

Before processing any withdrawal, mmmjl may require you to complete identity verification (KYC). This typically involves providing a valid government-issued ID and, in some cases, proof of payment method ownership. Verification is a one-time process for most players.

• Withdrawals to GCash and Maya are generally processed within minutes to a few hours.
• Bank transfers via InstaPay and PESONet typically process within one banking business day.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed in the cashier section of your mmmjl account.
• Active bonus wagering requirements must be completed before a withdrawal can be processed on funds subject to those requirements.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if compliance or security reviews are required. mmmjl will notify you if this applies to your request.

mmmjl reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing withdrawals above certain amounts. This is a standard compliance procedure and does not imply any wrongdoing on the part of the player.

mmmjl may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, rebates, and other promotional offers to players from time to time. These are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be stated clearly at the time each offer is presented.

General bonus conditions that apply across all mmmjl promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses are only available to players who have completed account verification.
• Each promotion is available once per player, household, device, and IP address unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Wagering requirements — the number of times bonus funds must be turned over before withdrawal — will be stated in each offer's specific terms.
• mmmjl reserves the right to void bonus winnings if there is evidence of bonus abuse, collusion, or use of prohibited betting patterns.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between players and have no cash value until all wagering requirements are met.

Each game category on mmmjl — including Tongits, Poker, Color Game, Roulette, PBA Betting, Sabong, and other Betting Odds markets — is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the respective game section. By participating in any game on mmmjl, you confirm that you understand and accept those game-specific rules.

General gameplay conditions that apply across the mmmjl Platform:

• All bets are final once confirmed. mmmjl will not cancel or reverse bets after they have been accepted, except in cases of obvious technical error on the Platform's part.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, mmmjl may void affected bets and return stakes. The decision of mmmjl's technical team is final in such cases.
• For Sabong and PBA Betting, events that are abandoned or postponed will be handled per the specific market rules for that event type, which are displayed in the betting interface.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits vary by game and event. Current limits are displayed within each game or market.
• mmmjl reserves the right to limit maximum winnings per player per day across its games. Players will be informed of applicable limits within their account settings.
• Any attempt to exploit game bugs, software vulnerabilities, or RNG patterns is considered cheating and will result in account termination and forfeiture of all funds.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the mmmjl Platform. Violation of any of these rules may result in immediate account suspension, permanent banning, voiding of all bets and bonuses, and forfeiture of any balance held.

• Registering under a false identity or providing fraudulent documentation during KYC verification.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to place bets, exploit games, or manipulate outcomes.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in Poker and other multiplayer games.
• Engaging in money laundering or using mmmjl to process funds derived from illegal activities.
• Opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses or circumvent account restrictions.
• Accessing mmmjl from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited.
• Sharing account access with minors or allowing anyone under 21 to use your mmmjl account.
• Abusing the mmmjl bonus system through systematic exploitation of promotional terms (bonus abuse).
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing mmmjl staff or other players in any way through any channel.

mmmjl actively monitors accounts for suspicious activity. Where prohibited conduct is identified, mmmjl will take appropriate action including but not limited to account suspension, fund forfeiture, and referral to relevant authorities.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the mmmjl Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This license does not include any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute any mmmjl content without prior written consent.
• Modify, create derivative works from, or reverse-engineer any part of the Platform.
• Use mmmjl branding, logos, or trademarks in any external publication or marketing material without authorization.
• Scrape, harvest, or extract data from the Platform using automated tools.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, mmmjl and its directors, employees, and service providers shall not be liable for:

• Any financial loss arising from your use of the mmmjl Platform, including losses from bets placed in good faith.
• Interruption of service due to technical issues, maintenance, or events beyond mmmjl's reasonable control.
• Loss or corruption of data caused by third-party infrastructure failures.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

Nothing in these Terms limits mmmjl's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any other matter that cannot be excluded or limited under Philippine law. Gaming involves risk, and you acknowledge that you may lose money wagered on mmmjl. Play only what you can afford to lose.

mmmjl reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Player request for self-exclusion or account closure.

Upon account closure for legitimate reasons (e.g., player-requested closure or regulatory compliance), any remaining balance in your account — minus any forfeited bonus funds — will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to standard withdrawal processing times.

Where closure results from a breach of these Terms, mmmjl reserves the right to withhold all or part of the account balance in accordance with the specific circumstances of the breach.

mmmjl may revise these Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our services, applicable regulations, or operational requirements. When material changes are made, mmmjl will notify registered players through one or more of the following methods:
