• Transaction Records: Retained for at least five (5) years from the date of each transaction.
• Support Records: Retained for three (3) years from the date of resolution, unless connected to an ongoing dispute or legal matter.

After applicable retention periods expire, mmmjl will securely delete or anonymise your personal data. Anonymised, aggregated data that can no longer identify you may be retained indefinitely for statistical and platform improvement purposes.
